Frank Holley:
Frank has been in the business world for over 8 years, owning Holley Custom Painting. He has always lead a very active lifestyle. Because of this, Frank decided to go back to school, graduating from Keiser College with a degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness and becoming a certified trainer. He decided to merge his love of being active with his business knowledge and purchased Serious Exercise. Frank enjoys training a variety of clients and brings his love of MMA into his training sessions. In his spare time, Frank mentors young athletes, not only in the gym but also in life. He enjoys watching not only the physical, but the mental transformation that happens to a person during their training journey. Frank is very excited about the upcoming events and new classes coming to Serious Exercise!

Ken Welsh
Ken is a Certified A.C.E. fitness trainer with over 16 years of experience. He first started in Daytona Beach and became a super-slow training system Master trainer. Ken uses this style specifically for older adults who engage their mind to work as one with the body. He has studied body weight resistance training using the TRX suspension system. Ken's one -on -one training sessions or group classes are built to challenge the most serious athlete but also makes a beginner feel comfortable.


Taryn Grimsley
Taryn has been a certified personal trainer for 10 years, starting her career at the YMCA. She has a passion for everything fitness. Taryn has trained clients across the spectrum, from weight loss to professional athletes. She is known for her intense Metabolic Conditioning classes and her love of olympic lifting. She also holds a degree in Human Movement & Performance and a degree in Psychology from Florida Southern College.



Stephanie Walters
Stephanie Walters is a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. After sixteen years in the interior design industry, Stephanie decided to make a career change and pursue her other passion- fitness. She enjoys working with clients of all age groups, from adolescents to seniors and has trained beginners to college athletes. “I get great satisfaction out of helping others reach their goals whether that’s weight loss, improving strength or just showing women they can lift heavy stuff”


Melissa Crawford
Melissa is a certified personal trainer with a degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology. She loves the variety in training one-on-one clients as well as the fun atmosphere of group classes!
